We used to operate a FM Yoga Program through the City of Ottawa Recreation Department, but unfortunately the program was cancelled due to low enrolment.

However, many members do Yoga classes at other locations.  We recommend you find a class where the instructor offers modifications, and remember it is important to pace yourself.

Check back here as we will continue to search for specific classes to recommend in the area.
